I read the directions again and realized that it was necessary to rotate the pizza after about 20 to 30 seconds in order to cook evenly. This was solved quickly and I was soon creating deliciously cooked pizzas in no time at all. These pizzas got huge praise from my kids.
After rolling out the dough, I placed it on the pizza peel and added the toppings. Make sure your peel is well floured in order to prevent the pizza base from sticking to it. Put your toppings on your pizza.

A pellet hopper that is full will last for around 15 minutes. The fire must be maintained strong by constantly replenishing it. It is best to not forget about it. If you do, your fire will soon become too cold.
Do not be fooled by the small dimensions of this pizza oven. This pizza oven can deliver delicious pizzas as good as any pizza shop. It has been a great addition to our outdoor entertaining area and we are excited to return it to its former glory this spring and summer.
It was a huge bummer to receive my Ooni with the plan to make pizza that very day, only to discover that I did not have a bunch of the requisite materials—namely, a pizza peel, fire starter, or wood pellets, none of which come in the box. If you do not buy the pizza peel from Ooni, be sure to get a model that is thin and narrow enough that you can fit it, plus a pizza, into the oven with enough clearance to shake, shift, and angle each direction. I got this one and really like it. You could presumably use a wooden peel as well, but I found I needed the thinness of metal to successfully maneuver.
You should be aware that when you open the oven door to turn the pizza, or to remove it from the oven, a slight gust in wind can create a small backdraft. Flames could flicker out of the oven's rear. The oven's front is safe for those who are cooking pizzas. However, it might be a good idea to ensure that the oven's back is clear of children.

The pizza oven arrived in an extremely compact box, which was very easy to transport to the garden. I was amazed by the compact packaging and couldn't believe the entire pizza oven was inside.

When I used the actual Ooni branded starter and hardwood pellets, the fire lit much faster and was much stronger, to the point that I could cook the same dough in a fraction of the time (1-2 minutes total).
Ooni suggests that your pizza oven should be placed in an area that is protected from wind, and at least 3ft (1m) from any structures. This will ensure the best results. It should be placed on wooden or stone, marble, or stainless steel surfaces, according to Ooni.

In general, pellets have a lot going for them. As mentioned elsewhere, they and they burn very efficiently (though this last point is debatable when cooking at the high temperatures needed for proper pizza-making).
The Fyra is equipped with a door like the Ooni 3 (and Ooni Karu) to retain heat. Its glass-reinforced handle keeps it cool, even when it gets hot. The door does not get in the way when it is open. Instead, it can be left hanging at the bottom of your opening so that you can slide your pizza in.
Does it deliver high-quality pizza? It is easy to use. Can it be used on the road? To find out, I used it for over a full month.
Since we got our Ooni Fyra pizza cooker, we have spent many an evening and night having backyard pizza parties as a whole family. When lockdown rules allowed us the freedom to invite other people into our garden, we were happy to cook pizzas for them all.
