What are HA Fillers?
Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers suspended in a gel carrier. This gel helps the injection of hyaluronic Acid stay in its place. The hyaluronic acids immediately pulls in water and increases volume. This is great for moderate to deeper wrinkles and folds of the face or areas where more volume is desired like cheeks or lips. These fillers can be dissolved naturally, with most lasting for at least one year. Some may last even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. [1] Traditionally, it includes dermatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery,[2] surgical procedures (liposuction, facelifts, breast implants, Radio frequency ablation), non-surgical procedures (radio frequency skin tightening, non- surgical liposuction, chemical peel, high-intensity focused electromagnetic field, radio frequency fat removal), and a combination of both.[3] Aesthetic medicine procedures are usually elective.[4]

Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 508,090 in 2020,[6] making it the 36th most-populous city in the United States. It is the most populated municipality of the Kansas City metropolitan area, which straddles the Kansas–Missouri state line and has a population of 2,392,035.[7][2] The city borders Johnson County and Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County) in Kansas. Most of the city lies within Jackson County, with portions spilling into Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. Kansas City was founded in the 1830s as a port on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River coming in from the west. On June 1, 1850, the town of Kansas was incorporated; shortly after came the establishment of the Kansas Territory. Confusion between the two ensued, and the name Kansas City was assigned to distinguish them soon after.
Sitting on Missouri's western boundary with Kansas, with Downtown near the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers, the city encompasses about 319.03 square miles (826.3 km2), making it the 23rd largest city by total area in the United States. It serves as one of the two county seats of Jackson County, along with the major suburb of Independence. Other major suburbs include the Missouri cities of Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the Kansas cities of Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and Kansas City, Kansas.
The city is composed of several neighborhoods, including the River Market District in the north, the 18th and Vine District in the east, and the Country Club Plaza in the south. Celebrated cultural traditions include Kansas City jazz; theater, as a center of the Vaudevillian Orpheum circuit in the 1920s; the Chiefs and Royals sports franchises; and famous cuisine based on Kansas City-style barbecue, Kansas City strip steak, and craft breweries.
There are many HA fillers on the marketplace. This combination of Restylane (and Juvederm) HA fillers is used to provide subtle to dramatic enhancements. More options, customized results.
What are Neurotoxins?
Botox or Dysport can temporarily improve the appearance wrinkles and fine lines with injectable neurotoxins. Repeated muscle contractions can result in facial lines and wrinkles becoming deeper and more severe over time. Botox/Dysport will temporarily decrease muscle contractions and make skin smoother.
Common areas of treatment include forehead, frown lines, crows' feet, and the chin. Results can be seen starting in just a couple of days after treatment but will continue to work gradually over two weeks. The effects of the treatment can last for up to four months if administered correctly.
What is Sculptra, exactly?
Sculptra uses poly-L lactic acids to slowly restore facial volume. When injected it stimulates your own skin's natural ability to produce collagen slowly over time. Over several months, the poly-L-lactic acid is biodegraded and replaced with a meshwork of new collagen. Treatment areas can include the jawline and temples. The majority of patients will need three treatments in the first few months, followed by one annual treatment. These results can last longer than two years.
What is Kybella, exactly?
Kybella is an injectable treatment approved to permanently destroy fat cells. A single session may require up to five Kybella vials depending on how much fat is present. HydraFacial addresses all skin care needs with patented technology that cleans, extracts, and hydrates the skin.
HydraFacial's super serums have nourishing ingredients that instantly give you a glowing complexion in just a few seconds.
To reveal a new layer of skin, the first step is to cleanse and peel the skin. To resurface and prepare the skin for painless extractions, a light chemical treatment is used. Next, debris is extracted from the pores with painless suction. Finally, the skin is moisturized. The skin is then infused with antioxidants and peptides to enhance its glow. The best part is there is no downtime!
What is Dermaplane, exactly?
Dermaplaning uses an operating-grade surgical blade to remove the dead skin, debris, or hair layer. A single session of dermaplaning is capable of removing approximately 2-3 weeks' worth of skin cells and debris. Dermplane does not require any pain and is non-invasive. The technique may look similar to shaving, but it is much more effective because the blade being used is able to get right against the top layer of skin. There is no need to worry about the hair growing back darker- dermaplaning targets the vellus hair (peach fuzz) that grows back the same size and color. In addition, the way the surgical blade cuts the hair does not create the illusion of thicker hair. This treatment is quick and painless.
What is Chemical Peel?
Chemical peels are treatments that use a chemical solution to treat the skin's top layers. Chemical peels can help improve the skin's texture as well as radiance. Chemical peels come with a variety of strengths, including deep, medium, and superficial. Your concerns and the type of peel you select will determine how much improvement your skin receives. Multiple treatments are recommended for most people to get the best results.
