What are HA Fillers exactly?
Juvederm or Restylane are hyaluronic fillers that are suspended in gel carriers. This gel allows the hyaluronic acids to stay in place when injected. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This is great for moderate to deeper wrinkles and folds of the face or areas where more volume is desired like cheeks or lips. These fillers dissolve naturally with most lasting at least a year. Others may last longer.
