What are HA Fillers and how do they work?
Juvederm, Restylane and other hyaluronic acids fillers are suspended in a gel carrier. This gel helps the injection of hyaluronic Acid stay in its place. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This is great for deep wrinkles and folds on the face, as well as areas that require more volume like the cheeks or lips. These fillers dissolve naturally with most lasting at least a year. Others may last longer.
