What are HA Fillers exactly?
Juvederm or Restylane are hyaluronic fillers that are suspended in gel carriers. This gel keeps the hyaluronic ag in place. The hyaluronic acid works immediately by pulling in water, therefore, increasing the volume where injected. This is great for moderate to deeper wrinkles and folds of the face or areas where more volume is desired like cheeks or lips. These fillers dissolve easily and last for up to a year.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. [1] Traditionally, it includes dermatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery,[2] surgical procedures (liposuction, facelifts, breast implants, Radio frequency ablation), non-surgical procedures (radio frequency skin tightening, non- surgical liposuction, chemical peel, high-intensity focused electromagnetic field, radio frequency fat removal), and a combination of both.[3] Aesthetic medicine procedures are usually elective.[4]
Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 508,090 in 2020,[6] making it the 36th most-populous city in the United States. It is the most populated municipality of the Kansas City metropolitan area, which straddles the Kansas–Missouri state line and has a population of 2,392,035.[7][2] The city borders Johnson County and Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County) in Kansas. Most of the city lies within Jackson County, with portions spilling into Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. Kansas City was founded in the 1830s as a port on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River coming in from the west. On June 1, 1850, the town of Kansas was incorporated; shortly after came the establishment of the Kansas Territory. Confusion between the two ensued, and the name Kansas City was assigned to distinguish them soon after.
Sitting on Missouri's western boundary with Kansas, with Downtown near the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers, the city encompasses about 319.03 square miles (826.3 km2), making it the 23rd largest city by total area in the United States. It serves as one of the two county seats of Jackson County, along with the major suburb of Independence. Other major suburbs include the Missouri cities of Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the Kansas cities of Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and Kansas City, Kansas.
The city is composed of several neighborhoods, including the River Market District in the north, the 18th and Vine District in the east, and the Country Club Plaza in the south. Celebrated cultural traditions include Kansas City jazz; theater, as a center of the Vaudevillian Orpheum circuit in the 1920s; the Chiefs and Royals sports franchises; and famous cuisine based on Kansas City-style barbecue, Kansas City strip steak, and craft breweries.
There are many options for HA Fillers. For subtle to dramatic enhancements, we've used both Restylane HA Fillers and Juvederm. You have more options and can get customized results.
What are Neurotoxins and how can they be avoided?
Botox
and Dysport are injectable neurotoxins which can temporarily improve wrinkle appearance. Repeated muscle contractions can result in facial lines and wrinkles becoming deeper and more severe over time. Botox and Dysport will weaken these muscle contractions temporarily leaving the skin visibly smoother.
Common areas of treatment include forehead, frown lines, crows' feet, and the chin. Although results are visible in a few days following treatment, the effects will last for two weeks. The effects of the treatment can last for up to four months if administered correctly.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra uses poly-L lactic acids to slowly restore facial volume. It is injected into the skin to stimulate your natural ability to create collagen over time. Over time, the poly-L lactic acid is biodegraded to create a new meshwork of collagen. Treatment areas may include, temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and jawline. Most initially will require three treatments over a couple of months and then just one treatment annually. Your results may last for more than two years.
What is Kybella exactly?
Kybella, an injectable treatment approved for permanently eliminating fat cells, is available. Depending on the amount and type of fat, one to five Kybella vials might be necessary. Multiple treatment sessions may also be required. The submental fat, otherwise known as a double chin, is the most common area that requires treatment. Treatments can be stopped once the desired aesthetic goal was achieved.

HydraFacial super serums are made with nourishing ingredients that create an instant glow in just a few steps.
To reveal a new layer of skin, the first step is to cleanse and peel the skin. The skin is then treated with a mild chemical peel to improve its surface and prepare for painless removals. The skin is then cleaned using painless suction. For a glowing skin, antioxidants or peptides will be infused into the skin. The best part is there is no downtime!
What is Dermaplane?
Dermaplaning uses a surgical-grade blade that is medical-grade to remove the skin's surface layer of dead cells, debris, and hair. A single session can remove about 2-3 weeks worth of built up dead skin cells or debris. Dermplane is painless and non-invasive. The procedure may seem similar to shaving but is much more efficient as the blade used can get right to the top layer. There is no need to worry about the hair growing back darker- dermaplaning targets the vellus hair (peach fuzz) that grows back the same size and color. It doesn't give the illusion that the hair is thicker because of the way it is cut. This treatment is quick and painless.
What is Chemical Peel?
A chemical peel involves the application of a chemical solution to the skin to remove the upper layers of the dermis. Chemical peels can improve the skin texture and radiance. They can also reduce fine lines and wrinkles. Chemical peels are available in three strengths: superficial, medium and deep. There are many ways to improve your skin. It all depends on what you want and how it is applied. Multi-treatments are best for the best results.
