What are HA Fillers?
Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers suspended in a gel carrier. This gel keeps the hyaluronic ag in place. The hyaluronic acid works immediately by pulling in water, therefore, increasing the volume where injected. This works well for deeper to more severe wrinkles, folds, and areas of the face where more volume is needed. These fillers dissolve easily and last for up to a year.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. [1] Traditionally, it includes dermatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery,[2] surgical procedures (liposuction, facelifts, breast implants, Radio frequency ablation), non-surgical procedures (radio frequency skin tightening, non- surgical liposuction, chemical peel, high-intensity focused electromagnetic field, radio frequency fat removal), and a combination of both.[3] Aesthetic medicine procedures are usually elective.[4]
Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. What are Neurotoxins, exactly?
Botox or Dysport can temporarily improve the appearance wrinkles and fine lines with injectable neurotoxins. Repetitive muscle contractions can lead to facial lines and wrinkles that get deeper and deeper over time. Botox/Dysport will temporarily decrease muscle contractions and make skin smoother.
The forehead, frown lines and crows feet are all common areas for treatment. Results can be seen starting in just a couple of days after treatment but will continue to work gradually over two weeks. Results can last up four months if taken as directed.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra injectable is a bio stimulatory injection made from poly-L lactic acid. It gradually restores facial volume. It is injected into the skin to stimulate your natural ability to create collagen over time. Over time, the poly-L lactic acid is biodegraded to create a new meshwork of collagen. Treatment areas can include the jawline and temples. The majority of patients will need three treatments in the first few months, followed by one annual treatment. These results can last longer than two years.
What is Kybella anyway?
Kybella can be used to permanently remove fat cells. Depending on the amount of fat present one to five vials of Kybella may be needed during a single treatment session and multiple treatment sessions may be necessary. The most common area of treatment is the submental fat otherwise known as a 'double chin'. Once the desired aesthetic goal has been achieved, treatment can be stopped.

Vitamin B-12 can be considered an essential vitamin. This injection may help with increasing energy levels, improving fatigue, speeding up metabolism, improving sleep patterns, increasing concentration, improving mood, and boosting the immune system to name a few.

What is Dermaplane and how does it work?
Dermaplaning uses a surgical-grade blade that is medical-grade to remove the skin's surface layer of dead cells, debris, and hair. A single dermaplaning session is able to remove around 2-3 weeks of built-up dead skin cells and debris from your skin. Dermplane does not require any pain and is non-invasive. While the technique looks like shaving, it's much more effective than that because the blade used is able reach right up against the skin's top layer. There is no need to worry about the hair growing back darker- dermaplaning targets the vellus hair (peach fuzz) that grows back the same size and color. It doesn't give the illusion that the hair is thicker because of the way it is cut. This procedure is painless and requires no downtime.

A chemical peel is a procedure that involves applying a chemical solution on the skin to remove the outer layers of the dermis. What is an Insta-Glo Facial and how do you use it?
Our signature Insta-Glo Facial will leave you glowing for days! This facial combines a HydroJelly masque along with a customized ampoule that is tailored to your skin.
First, the skin is cleansed and exfoliated. Then the ampoule is applied and is infused into the skin using our Nano Infusion Pen. The HydroJelly mask is then applied. After that, the HydroJelly masque is applied. Finally, you can apply the products to your skin. The downtime is minimal.
