What are HA Fillers?
Juvederm or Restylane are hyaluronic fillers that are suspended in gel carriers. This gel keeps the hyaluronic ag in place. The hyaluronic acids immediately pulls in water and increases volume. This is ideal for areas with more volume, such as cheeks or lips, or wrinkles that are deeper or more prominent. These fillers are dissolved naturally with most lasting up to a year and some even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. [1] Traditionally, it includes dermatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery,[2] surgical procedures (liposuction, facelifts, breast implants, Radio frequency ablation), non-surgical procedures (radio frequency skin tightening, non- surgical liposuction, chemical peel, high-intensity focused electromagnetic field, radio frequency fat removal), and a combination of both.[3] Aesthetic medicine procedures are usually elective.[4]

Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 508,090 in 2020,[6] making it the 36th most-populous city in the United States. It is the most populated municipality of the Kansas City metropolitan area, which straddles the Kansas–Missouri state line and has a population of 2,392,035.[7][2] The city borders Johnson County and Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County) in Kansas. Most of the city lies within Jackson County, with portions spilling into Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. Kansas City was founded in the 1830s as a port on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River coming in from the west. On June 1, 1850, the town of Kansas was incorporated; shortly after came the establishment of the Kansas Territory. Confusion between the two ensued, and the name Kansas City was assigned to distinguish them soon after.
Sitting on Missouri's western boundary with Kansas, with Downtown near the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers, the city encompasses about 319.03 square miles (826.3 km2), making it the 23rd largest city by total area in the United States. It serves as one of the two county seats of Jackson County, along with the major suburb of Independence. Other major suburbs include the Missouri cities of Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the Kansas cities of Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and Kansas City, Kansas.
The city is composed of several neighborhoods, including the River Market District in the north, the 18th and Vine District in the east, and the Country Club Plaza in the south. Celebrated cultural traditions include Kansas City jazz; theater, as a center of the Vaudevillian Orpheum circuit in the 1920s; the Chiefs and Royals sports franchises; and famous cuisine based on Kansas City-style barbecue, Kansas City strip steak, and craft breweries.
There are various HA Fillers on the market. This combination of Restylane (and Juvederm) HA fillers is used to provide subtle to dramatic enhancements. You can have customized results.
What are Neurotoxins?
Botox and Dysport are injectable neurotoxins that can temporarily help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Repetitive muscle contractions can cause wrinkles and lines to appear and grow over time. Botox, Dysport and Dysport temporarily relax these muscle contractions. The skin will appear smoother.
Common areas of treatment include forehead, frown lines, crows' feet, and the chin. The results can be seen in a few days, but they will improve over the next two weeks. You can expect to see results for as long as four months, if you do the right dosage.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra, a biostimulatory injectable made of poly-L–lactic acid, helps gradually restore facial volume. It is injected into the skin to stimulate your natural ability to create collagen over time. The poly-L-lactic acids is gradually biodegraded over several months and replaced by a network of new collagen. Treatment areas may include, temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and jawline. Most initially will require three treatments over a couple of months and then just one treatment annually. Results can last more than two years!
What is Kybella anyway?
Kybella is an approved injectable treatment that permanently eliminates fat cells. Depending on the amount and type of fat, one to five Kybella vials might be necessary. Multiple treatment sessions may also be required. Submental fat, also known as the 'double chin', is the most common area for treatment. Once a desired aesthetic goal is achieved, treatments can be stopped.
What is a Vitamin B-12 Shot?
Vitamin B-12 is an essential vitamin your body needs in order to function properly. The injection can improve energy levels, reduce fatigue, increase metabolism, speed up metabolism, improve sleep patterns, increase concentration, improve mood, boost the immune system, to name just a few.
What is a HydraFacial?
HydraFacial addresses all skin care needs with patented technology that cleans, extracts, and hydrates the skin.
HydraFacial serums are made from nourishing ingredients to give you an instant glow.
First, clean and peel the skin to reveal a new layer. This is done by gentle exfoliation. To resurface and prepare the skin for painless extractions, a light chemical treatment is used. Next, debris from the pores is removed using painless suction. The skin is then nourished. Last, antioxidants and peptides are infused into the skin to maximize the skin's glow. There is absolutely no downtime.
What is Dermaplane exactly?
Dermaplaning removes the top layer of dead skin, hair, and debris using a medical-grade surgical knife. A single session of Dermaplaning can remove 2-3 weeks of buildup from the skin's dead skin cells. Dermplane is completely pain-free and non-invasive. While it looks similar to shaving, Dermplane is far more effective as the blade is able to reach the top of the skin. There's no reason to be concerned about your hair becoming darker. Dermaplaning works on the vellus (peach fuzz), and the hair grows back exactly the same size. A surgical blade does not give the illusion of thicker hair. There is no downtime.
What is Chemical Peel?
Chemical peels are treatments that use a chemical solution to treat the skin's top layers. Chemical peels will help to improve the skin's texture and radiance, even out the skin tone, diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, help acne-prone skin, and decongest pores. Chemical peels come in superficial, medium, and deep strengths. There are many ways to improve your skin. It all depends on what you want and how it is applied. To achieve the best results, it is advisable to use multiple treatments.

What is an Insta-Glo Facial and how do you use it?
Insta-Glo Facials leave you radiant for days! This facial combines a HydroJelly masque along with a customized ampoule that is tailored to your skin.

What Is A Spa? The Top Four Categories
What Is A Spa? The Top Four Categories
This is a review for medical spas in Kansas City, MO:
"I've been to about a dozen different medical spas and plastic surgery offices across the country, and this one has been my absolute favorite so far. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, good products and incredible prices. I was paying almost $100 more for a single chemical peel/hydrafacial at other medical spas and still wasn't getting the results I got from visiting Mia Bella. Not only are the estheticians friendly and thorough, but they take their time on your procedures (low light, relaxing music) and really make a practical, result-driven procedure feel like a trip to the spa. Oh, and I received derma planning at the beginning of each procedure for no extra cost (typically a $50 charge at other places)"
