What are HA Fillers exactly?
Juvederm and Restylane, hyaluronic Acid fillers, are suspended within a gel carrier. This gel keeps the hyaluronic ag in place. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This is great for deep wrinkles and folds on the face, as well as areas that require more volume like the cheeks or lips. These fillers are dissolved naturally with most lasting up to a year and some even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. [1] Traditionally, it includes dermatology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery,[2] surgical procedures (liposuction, facelifts, breast implants, Radio frequency ablation), non-surgical procedures (radio frequency skin tightening, non- surgical liposuction, chemical peel, high-intensity focused electromagnetic field, radio frequency fat removal), and a combination of both.[3] Aesthetic medicine procedures are usually elective.[4]

Kansas City (abbreviated KC or KCMO) is the largest city in Missouri by population and area. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 508,090 in 2020,[6] making it the 36th most-populous city in the United States. It is the most populated municipality of the Kansas City metropolitan area, which straddles the Kansas–Missouri state line and has a population of 2,392,035.[7][2] The city borders Johnson County and Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County) in Kansas. Most of the city lies within Jackson County, with portions spilling into Clay, Cass, and Platte counties. Kansas City was founded in the 1830s as a port on the Missouri River at its confluence with the Kansas River coming in from the west. On June 1, 1850, the town of Kansas was incorporated; shortly after came the establishment of the Kansas Territory. Confusion between the two ensued, and the name Kansas City was assigned to distinguish them soon after.
Sitting on Missouri's western boundary with Kansas, with Downtown near the confluence of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers, the city encompasses about 319.03 square miles (826.3 km2), making it the 23rd largest city by total area in the United States. It serves as one of the two county seats of Jackson County, along with the major suburb of Independence. Other major suburbs include the Missouri cities of Blue Springs and Lee's Summit and the Kansas cities of Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and Kansas City, Kansas.
The city is composed of several neighborhoods, including the River Market District in the north, the 18th and Vine District in the east, and the Country Club Plaza in the south. Celebrated cultural traditions include Kansas City jazz; theater, as a center of the Vaudevillian Orpheum circuit in the 1920s; the Chiefs and Royals sports franchises; and famous cuisine based on Kansas City-style barbecue, Kansas City strip steak, and craft breweries.
There are many HA-fillers on offer. We use Restylane and Juvederm's HA Fillers for subtle enhancements to dramatic effects. More options, customized results.
What are Neurotoxins, exactly?

Repetitive muscle contractions can cause wrinkles and facial lines to develop and become deeper over time. Botox or Dysport temporarily weakens these muscle contractions, making the skin appear smoother.
Common treatment areas are the forehead, frown lines and Crows feet. You can see results in as little as two days. However, they will gradually improve over two weeks. The effects of the treatment can last for up to four months if administered correctly.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra injectable is a bio stimulatory injection made from poly-L lactic acid. It gradually restores facial volume. When injected, it stimulates your skin's natural ability gradually to make collagen. The polylactic acid will be biodegraded, and replaced with a network of new collagen after several months. Treatment areas can include the jawline and temples. The majority of patients will need three treatments in the first few months, followed by one annual treatment. These results can last longer than two years.

What is HydraFacial, exactly?
HydraFacial uses patented technology for all skincare needs.
HydraFacial super serums contain nourishing ingredients that give you a radiant glow in just a few minutes.
To reveal a new layer of skin, the first step is to cleanse and peel the skin. Then a light chemical peel is applied to help resurface the skin and prepare it for painless extractions. Next, debris from the pores is removed using painless suction. The skin is then nourished. To increase the skin's glow, antioxidants are instilled into the skin. The best part? There's no downtime!
What is Dermaplane?
Dermaplaning removes the top layer of dead skin, hair, and debris using a medical-grade surgical knife. A single dermaplaning session is able to remove around 2-3 weeks of built-up dead skin cells and debris from your skin. Dermplane is completely pain-free and non-invasive. The procedure may seem similar to shaving but is much more efficient as the blade used can get right to the top layer. You don't have to worry about your hair getting darker. Dermaplaning targets the peach fuzz (vellus hair) which grows back in the same size and color. A surgical blade does not give the illusion of thicker hair. This treatment is quick and painless.
What is a Chemical Peel and how does it work?
A chemical peel refers to a treatment that uses a chemical solution to exfoliate the top layers of skin. Chemical peels are a great way to improve the skin's texture, radiance, reduce wrinkles, decongest pores, treat acne-prone skin and help with fine lines. Chemical peels can be performed in three strengths: deep, medium, or superficial. The results of a chemical peel will vary depending on the concerns you have and what type of treatment you choose. To achieve the best results, it is advisable to use multiple treatments.

This is a review for medical spas in Kansas City, MO:
"I've been to about a dozen different medical spas and plastic surgery offices across the country, and this one has been my absolute favorite so far. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff, good products and incredible prices. I was paying almost $100 more for a single chemical peel/hydrafacial at other medical spas and still wasn't getting the results I got from visiting Mia Bella. Not only are the estheticians friendly and thorough, but they take their time on your procedures (low light, relaxing music) and really make a practical, result-driven procedure feel like a trip to the spa. Oh, and I received derma planning at the beginning of each procedure for no extra cost (typically a $50 charge at other places)"
The truth is it depends. If you are buying from a reputable dealer, they will typically have standardized pricing and occasionally have a promotion or sale. Other times, you may be able to negotiate add-ons or additional features.
Medical spas can treat and help a variety of problems, such as acne, cellulite or even sun damage. Many medical spas feature traditional spa amenities, such as facials. Treatments you may find at your local medspa include: Laser Hair Removal.
