What are HA Fillers and how do they work?
Juvederm and Restylane, hyaluronic Acid fillers, are suspended within a gel carrier. This gel helps the hyaluronic acid stay in place where injected. The hyaluronic Acid immediately draws in water to increase the volume of the area where it is injected. This is great for moderate to deeper wrinkles and folds of the face or areas where more volume is desired like cheeks or lips. These fillers are dissolved naturally with most lasting up to a year and some even longer.
Aesthetic medicine is a broad term for specialties that focus on altering cosmetic appearance through the treatment of conditions including scars, skin laxity, wrinkles, moles, liver spots, excess fat, cellulite, unwanted hair, skin discoloration, and spider veins. What are Neurotoxins?
Botox and Dysport are injectable neurotoxins that can temporarily help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Repetitive muscle contractions can cause wrinkles and facial lines to develop and become deeper over time. Botox and Dysport will weaken these muscle contractions temporarily leaving the skin visibly smoother.

What is Sculptra?
Sculptra uses poly-L lactic acids to slowly restore facial volume. When injected it stimulates your own skin's natural ability to produce collagen slowly over time. Over several months, the poly-L-lactic acid is biodegraded and replaced with a meshwork of new collagen. Treatment areas may include, temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and jawline. The majority of patients will need three treatments in the first few months, followed by one annual treatment. The results can last up to two years.
What is Kybella?
Kybella is an approved injectable treatment that permanently eliminates fat cells. Depending on the amount of fat present one to five vials of Kybella may be needed during a single treatment session and multiple treatment sessions may be necessary. The submental fat is the most commonly treated area. Also known as a "double chin", it is also known as the submental fat. Once an aesthetic goal is reached, treatment can be stopped.

Although it may look like shaving, dermplane is more efficient because the blade can reach the top layer of the skin. There is no need to worry about the hair growing back darker- dermaplaning targets the vellus hair (peach fuzz) that grows back the same size and color. It doesn't give the illusion that the hair is thicker because of the way it is cut. This treatment is quick and painless.
