What are HA Fillers exactly?
Juvederm and Restylane are hyaluronic acid fillers suspended in a gel carrier. This gel allows the hyaluronic acids to stay in place when injected. The hyaluronic- acid immediately pulls in water. In this way, it increases volume. This is ideal for areas with more volume, such as cheeks or lips, or wrinkles that are deeper or more prominent. These fillers can be dissolved naturally, with most lasting for at least one year. Some may last even longer.
