The Wyeth – Tootle Manor is a historic house located at 11th & Charles sts. Built in 1879 by William M. Wyeth, it was designed by Mann Architects in Gothic style. The family's European travels led to many ideas for the mansion that was built in 1883. The Tootles owned the house from 1887 until it was sold.
The mansion has three floors, and a tower. The house boasts more than 40 bedrooms. The interior is decorated with beautiful woodwork, handpainted ceilings, and imported stain glass. You can experience life in the late 19th-century. Near downtown St. Joseph, Missouri is the Wyeth-Tootle Mansion.
