No Ryan Reynolds here!  That's right, the movie is over and it's time to start powering up our rings for Green Lantern: The Animated Series at San Diego Comic-Con 2011!

The series, helmed by DC Animated Universe mainstay Bruce Timm, Giancarlo Volpe (Avatar: The Last Airbender) and Jim Krieg takes the form of CG animation, breaking from Timm's usual work with 2-D.  It follows Hal Jordan and Kilowog in a sort of "Frontier Lanterns" story.  The two take to policing the outer rim of the Green Lantern Corps, as very little of the show will actually take place on Earth.

Given what we know of season two details revealed, might we see some of the new cast members showing up?  Or at least some of the more important players, like Laurie Holden or Sarah Wayne Callies?  Surely we couldn't do without Jon Bernthal, hint hint!

So who might we see at Comic-Con 2011, if Childrens Hospital hosts its own panel as well as The Venture Bros.?  Will Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, or the minds behind Metalocalypse stop by for a preview of their new seasons?  We'll be on the scene to catch it all!

Forget about waiting for a second season, Mortal Kombat: Legacy will debut a brand-spanking new episode at San Diego Comic-Con 2011!  Episode nine will feature Sektor and Cyrax, pieces of which were briefly seen in the series' early episodes.

Director Kevin Tancharoen broke the news via Twitter, and included a teaser image of Cyrax!  So what else might fans see at the yet-to-be-announced panel? Information on the home DVD / Blu-Ray release?  News on a potential second season?  Jeri Ryan dressed in a metallic catsuit?

A wok bok bok, Robot Chicken returns to San Diego Comic-Con this year with its very own panel, Friday, July 22nd from 3:30 - 4:30pm in the Indigo Ballroom of the Hilton Bayfront!

But what will devoted fans of the series see, as the show continues its fifth season?  Well, according to series co-creator Matt Senreich...

Matthew Senreich:  We are going to be showing off the second half of season five, a teaser of that footage.  I think we have a fun 5-10 minute trailer of all that, and we have ten more episodes that'll debut in September, so we'll be showing that stuff.  We actually have our own Robot Chicken panel.  All of Adult Swim and all of the shows are getting their own panels this year, which is really exciting. 

I think Venture Bros. kicks it off, so you know, if we can, we'll try to crash that panel, see if those boys want to crash ours, just for fun.  But that's the best thing about Adult Swim, its kind of like high school, when you know everybody, and you just wanna goof around with everybody on the other shows.

Beautiful women at San Diego Comic-Con, you say?  As if the beautiful cosplaying women weren't enough to get nerd blood boiling, the cast and crew of Cinemax' sexy new series Femme Fatales will be on hand with their very own panel Saturday, July 23rd from 8:15-9:15pm in Room 6DE.

The series, borne out of the creators of Femme Fatales Magazine draws its inspiration from film noir and graphic novels, placing the stories in contemporary setting.  Tanit Phoenix (Death Race 2)'s "Lilith" introduces each episode, which feature different casts and storylines, some of which are intertwined.

So just who will viewers find at the panel?  Creators and executive producers Mark A. Altman (Necessary Roughness, Castle) and Steve Kriozere (NCIS, Necessary Roughness) host a panel of "the show’s well-known guest stars as well as its most popular and beautiful femme fatales  - along with special surprise guests and giveaways."  Apparently, we can also expect Femme Fatales magazine publisher David E. Williams to join the panel with a major announcement!

Hosted by legendary writer Jeph Loeb, Marvel Anime draws out its presentation on Friday, July 22nd from 4:30 - 5:00pm in Room 6BCD, but what might we see, from Iron Man, Blade, Wolverine or the X-Men?

Japan has seen all four animes already, while bits and pieces from each series have trickled out here and there in the United States.  New York Comic-Con 2010 actually showed full episodes of Iron Man (albeit in Japanese, and subtitled), so the real question is what Loeb will show off in such a short window of time.

Expect to see either sizzle reels from series not seen yet (particularly Blade), or at least a taste of what the series sound like with their American voice casts.  Of course, we'll be on hand to give you all the details!
