Good morning,
USA! American Dad is back at San Diego Comic-Con this year, and
we're on hand to give you the latest reports!
Here's what we saw:
- The episode screened was "Hot
Water," featuring the voice of Cee-Lo Green as an evil Hot Tub who
begins to dominate Stan's life! It sounds crazy, but the episode
is fantastic and features multiple original musical numbers, some of
which will hopefully be released on iTunes.
- And who composed the music, you
ask? Jorm Taccone, better known from The Lonely Island!
- The episode...does not end how you
would expect. That is all we can say.
- There are definitely more stories
for upcoming episodes, such as Roger's people back on his
homeworld send a ship to retrieve him. It might have something to
do with another detail the crew mentioned of NFL star Shannon Sharpe
voicing an alien bounty hunter who captures (and slices open) Roger.
- Upcoming episodes will feature
music from Delta Spirit, Doctor Dog, and Charles Bradley!
- There will also be a Klaus-centric
episode entitled "Dr. Klaustus."
- Some of the ideal guest stars
they'd love to have for the series include Woody Allen, or Jane
Goodall
