Metadefender Core allows the definition of as many different workflow profiles as are needed to meet security requirements. Defining multiple workflows allows for files from different sources or users to be processed with the appropriate security policies.

The workflows defined in the Management Console can be used with the process REST API.

Several profiles are included by default in every Metadefender Core installation. The Default profile is used to process requests that are not mapped to any other profiles. The Guest profile is intended to be used to process files by guests that do not have a defined account within an organization.
