The Virginia Claims Association would like to invite you to the 2018 Virginia Claims Leadership
Conference! October 5th, 2018 is our Exhibitor Night at the Portsmouth Renaissance Hotel &
Conference Center. This is a great opportunity to network with many claims professionals.
Early Bird Booth Options Before August 15, 2018
______ $500.00 Deluxe Package- 10x10 Booth with electricity, pipe and drape for the booth,
(1) draped table, and (2) chairs, plus registration for 2 attendees. (Please add
additional fee for each attendee over 2.)
______ $350.00 Basic Package-10x10 Booth with electricity, pipe and drape, (1) draped table,
and (2) chairs. (Please add additional fee for each attendee.)
______ $80.00 Cost per attendee for Friday night only
Booth Options After August 15, 2018:

This year’s theme is “Get Switched On”. This theme will allow for all kinds of decorating ideas!
Please keep in the spirit and decorate your booths in accordance with the theme. We will be awarding
plaques for the “best” in several different categories. The cost of the booth does not include any
events other than the Exhibit Show. Registration is required to attend all other conference events.
