Las Vegas, NV 89109 lvcva.com Show Dates and Hours Wednesday, Nov. 16 — 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17 — 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18 — 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Registration • Attendance is FREE through November 11, 2016. • Beginning November 12, the cost to attend the exhibits is $50. • AWS, FMA, SME, PMA, and CCAI members may always attend the exhibits for FREE with a valid member card. • FABTECH is a business event. No one under the age of 16 will be admitted. Children under the age of 16, including infants in arms, are not permitted on the show floor. Conference Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to Attn.: FABTECH Conference Cancellation at (313) 425-3407 no later than November 2, 2016, to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date are nonrefundable. Substitutions allowed. Las Vegas Transportation Airport Shuttle The most economical way to get to your hotel. Shuttles can cost less than $10 for the Strip/Downtown. Check with your hotel for schedules. Car Rentals The average price for an economy car in Vegas is around $25 to $30 per day, but the sky’s the limit if you want a little more extravagant.
