MID-VALLEY CLAIMS ASSOCIATION REPORT
The valley was fortunate to
experience a rather mild winter this
year. As they say; “spring is in the air”
and everyone seems to be looking
forward to warmer temperatures.
Additionaly, MVCA has been rolling
through the winter months with ease.
We recently celebrated Christmas
at the Staunton Country Club and
provided charitable donations to
Toys for Tots and Red Cross. Over
the past few months of the new year
2018, we have enjoyed hearing from
guest speakers like Bill Brent, with
Red Cross on “disaster response,”
and Bobby Henderson, with NEFCO
who spoke on “the current trends
resulting in fires,” and are anticipating
to hear from many more great
speakers this year. It is not too late

Highlights
The Mid Valley Claims Association is
looking forward to the 10nth annual
Golf Tournament to be held on
Wednesday, August 15, 2018. More
details will be forthcoming. Be sure
to mark your calendar. We strive to
bring everyone together; whether
you are a golf expert or just enjoy
fellowship with other insurance like-minded
held at the Heritage Golf Course in
Harrisonburg, Virginia. A buffet will be
provided following the tournament.
Please remember to bring cash to
purchase tickets for the raffle prizes.
The winners will be announced
following the catered buffet.
