Voortman has designed the CNC Drill Line exclusively for GSS Machinery. Voortman is responsible for the installation, warranty, and service of the CNC Drill Line. Voortman handles the installation, warranty and service work on the CNC Drill Line. However, GSS Machinery is always available to assist if necessary.

Not every problem can be diagnosed with remote assistance. Mechanical issues or questions that require the human eye are still common. Voortman machines are shipped with high definition web cameras and software; allowing Voortman employees to directly experience the activity at the installation without the need to leave the office. The webcam has significant value in foreign countries or in situations where language might be a barrier to effectively communicate the issue.

Voortman AccuMeasure Roller Feed measurement equipment offers saw measurement options. AccuMeasure provides complete handling versatility while offering a simple, streamlined CNC solution. This allows for both a drill and saw to be disassembled, which maximizes production.

MultMaster is an extension to the Roller Feed measurement systems. It can perform small-sized cuts that would otherwise need manual positioning. This accessory automates the processing of short residual sections on a Voortman drill-saw tandem system, allowing for quick and easy material processing.

Voortman offers regular training classes on all Voortman or Ocean equipment at their Bradley Illinois location. Z-Reader Probe-The Z-Reader Probe is a device that maps the location of the surface. It can be programmed or manually controlled. It can be disabled while cutting, and it can be pulled out of harm's reach. It can be activated to verify the surface at each pierce prior to cutting, or to drive surface mapping for the entire part before cutting begins. It is used to initialize or zero the device to the desired surface and then tracks or accumulates the difference between that zeroing effort.
