The Advantage-2 is powered by 25 HP (18.5kW) Siemens spindle motors. It has 3 drill spindles each with 5-station tool changers. This drilling technology is extremely efficient and allows for maximum operating time and excellent drill hole quality.
The CNC Drill Line is a 100% hydraulic machine making maintenance and parts exceptionally affordable. The CNC Drill Line was designed specifically to be used throughout the world and thus uses only components from major manufacturers, most of which can be sourced in the local market. The Franklin HD145 (3) spindle-cNC drill is 44 inches wide. The HD-145 can lift beams of up to 750 lbs per feet. The high-performance spindle design allows drilling speeds of up to 2000 RPM. The rigid design of the spindle allows for very aggressive feed rates, up to 300 ft per minute. There are many material handling options available for the Franklin HD145, from 300 lbs to 750 pounds per foot.
The programming of the CNC Drill Line can be done even manually. Peddimat is the machine programming software and most operators can program most parts within less than an hour. Of course practice makes perfect. The best way to program the machine, however, is to import parts from a CAD drawing, preferably created in 3-D modeling software like ProSteel 3D or StruMis. These files can be imported directly into the machine. The operator simply selects the part and presses the Cycle Start button.
A 4-axis layout marking attachment eliminates human error in manual layout methods. Part information is retained even after painting, blasting and galvanizing.

AC Unit Mounted to Electrical Cabinet - This unit is mounted on the cabinet’s High Power (480v side). It is near the location where drives are mounted. This option allows for quicker heat dissipation, while keeping the cabinet temperature steady. The most significant heat contributors inside an electrical cabinet are all the servo motors for all axes.

ECDSA is more secure than RSA due to its complexity. ECDSA offers the same level security as RSA, but with a shorter key length.
ECC is safer than RSA, and it is currently in an adaptive phase. It is expected that its usage will increase in the near future. To implement encryption, RSA requires a longer key length. ECC is much more efficient than RSA.
Structural Beams/Load Bearing Support beams: A structural support beam that is load-bearing. These beams should not be drilled through. These can sometimes be different colors and are called LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) or Engineered Support Beam.
The beam will fail at its bottom if the cantilever beam material has lower compressive yield strengths than the tensile yield strengths. The beam may also fail if its tensile yield strength falls below the required level.
Never attach a support beam to a post.
