Voortman AccuMeasure Roller Feed measuring system offers different options for saw measurement. AccuMeasure's versatility allows for easy handling while still providing a quick and efficient CNC solution. Splitting apart a drill or a saw makes it possible to maximize production.

AC Unit Installed on Electrical Cabinet � The unit is mounted on the cabinet�s High Power (480v) side. It is close to the location where the drives are mounted. This option keeps the cabinet temperature stable and allows heat dissipation faster. The servo drives for all axes are the most significant contributors to heat inside the electrical cabinet.

CNC Drill Line is able to import DXF files. It can then use these files to create 3-D shapes, provided that the steel has been detailed according to certain rules. These rules may not be applicable to your current detailing and might need some adjustments. This process is not as smooth as the 3-D modeling software.

The CNC Beam Drill Line, which can be used to fabricate structural steel or miscellaneous metallics, was immediately a hit with small to medium size fabricators. Frequently Asked Questions

Why are thicker beams stronger?

The two angled segments get compressed and the horizontal segment is loaded with tension. The resulting tensile strength decreases as the angles get more extreme. A thicker beam will resist the bending force of weight more effectively than a thin beam.
