CNC Drill Line supports DXF files import and can be used to create 3-D models as long as the steel details are followed precisely. Some of these rules may be different from the one you are using at the moment, and may require some adjustment. This is not as easy as using 3-D modeling software.

Voortman AccuMeasure Roller Feed measurement equipment offers saw measurement options. AccuMeasure provides complete handling versatility while offering a simple, streamlined CNC solution. This allows for both a drill and saw to be disassembled, which maximizes production.
The hole size should not exceed 38mm (1.25 in.). The beam depth should not exceed one-tenth of the hole diameter, whichever is less, with the exception being 25mm (1 in.).

A36 is a popular low-carbon, low-cost steel that is widely used. It is known for its high yield strength (36,000psi) as well as its excellent machinability. A36 can be extended to approximately 20% of its original length and is often used for columns, beams and decking.
