These can be used to drill, mill and countersink as well as tap and scribe. Signoscript underside or Signomat part stamping units can be added to this drill line. Advantage-2 can handle any profile with a processing window of 44inches wide by 18inches high.
This Morse Taper chuck adaptor permits you to use standard parallel shank drilling bits for smaller diameters. It has a maximum drilling diameter of 12mm. (12mm) and a minimum drill diameter of 3/64 (1mm).

The CNC Drill Line is an extremely space-efficient beam processing solution as it only requires a floor space of 70ft x 9ft, making it ideal for even the smallest fabricator or fabricators with space limitations. Channels, or C-beams, are used when the flat back side of the web is mounted to another flat surface. This allows for maximum contact. Sometimes they are welded back-to-back to create a non-standard I beam.
Theoretically, a beam could be any length provided it was properly designed. The issue is one of practicality. Although it's theoretically possible to have an RC beam 16m long, it is very difficult to have a reinforcement bars that are longer than 12m.
