Cnc Drill Line G Code

The CNC Drill Line can lay out and drill all of your holes in any type of steel profile in fractions of the time that it takes to do manually with a mag drill. It also marks all your welded attachments, eliminating the need to use a tape measure.

Auto Standoff is currently defined as surface-stand-off. This should not be confused for vector standoff with 5-axis. The current auto stand off is based on a moving surface. It will adjust vertically based the angle at the "A" Axis. You can perform the vector change even if the machine is not running with the help of buttons on screen.

Auto Standoff - This is a surface standoff, and should not be confused in any way with vector standoff using 5-axis mode. Auto stand-off will adjust vertically according to the angle of "A" Axis. There are five (5) axis that are considered during calculations. The machine can be controlled manually using buttons on its screen to make the vector standoff change.

The CNC Drill Line is programmed either manually on the machine or by using the Peddimat program. This software is included in the AVENGER. It can be installed on any number of computers in your office that you like. It is the exact same software as the machine, and it is also used on all Voortman CNC fabrication machinery.

Remote assistance is not always possible. It is still possible to have mechanical problems or ask questions that require a human eye. Voortman machines ship with high-definition webcams and software. Voortman employees can experience the installation's activity without ever leaving their office. In situations where communication is difficult or impossible, the webcam can be of great value.

The Advantage-2 is powered by 25 HP (18.5kW) Siemens spindle motors. It has 3 drill spindles each with 5-station tool changers. This drilling technology is extremely efficient and allows for maximum operating time and excellent drill hole quality.

The CNC Drill Line may be programmed by hand at the machine, or remotely using the Peddimat Software. This software is included with the AVENGER. You can install it on as many computers as you want in your office. It is the same program that is on the machine.

The Morse Taper adaptor lets you use standard parallel shank drill bit sizes when drilling smaller diameters. The maximum drill diameter is?" It allows a maximum drill diameter of 12mm and a minimum drilling diameter of 3/64's (1mm).
