AC Unit Mounted on Electrical Cabinet. The unit is located on the cabinet's High-Power (480v) side. It is located close to where the drives are installed. The programming of the CNC Drill Line can be done even manually. Peddimat is the machine programming software and most operators can program most parts within less than an hour. Of course practice makes perfect. The best way to program the machine, however, is to import parts from a CAD drawing, preferably created in 3-D modeling software like ProSteel 3D or StruMis. These files can be imported directly into the machine. The operator simply selects the part and presses the Cycle Start button.

The CNC Drill Line can be programmed manually at the machine or in the office using the supplied Peddimat software. This software comes included with the AVENGER and can be installed on as many PCs in your office as you choose — this unlimited license is included with the purchase of your machine. Codes do not specify beam dimensions. These requirements are related to reinforced concrete beams' width-depth ratio. As a general rule, it is best to use depths that are two-and-a-half to three times the beam width. It is more economical to use narrower sections for long-span beams.
C-Channel is usually stronger than tube in the vertical direction (as shown in the beam profile chart picture above).
H-Beams. H-beams is one of the strongest steel beams. It is composed of horizontal elements and the vertical beams act like the web.
