Z-Reader Probe-- The Z-Reader Probe can be used to locate the surface. It can be used to programmatically or manually. This option is not activated while cutting and is easily retracted. It can be used to verify the surface of each pierce, or to map the entire surface before cutting begins. It starts by initializing or zeroing the device to a surface at the start of a program. After that, it accumulates or tracks any difference.
Peddimat is intuitive and simple to use. It takes less than an hours to learn even if you've never used a computer before.
It is obviously preferable to import files directly from your steel detailing software because it eliminates an unnecessary step and also eliminates possible incorrect data capture. There are two separate and distinct camps in this respect:

CNC Beam Drill Line is an efficient beam processing solution that requires very little floor space. It can be used for up to 70ftx9ft. CNC Beam Drill Line installations can also be found outside, which gives the fabricator more space.

The CNC Beam Drill Line can not only process columns and beams, but also all steel profiles, including channel, angle and flat bars, base plates, RHS square and round.
Alloyed high-speed steel (HSS) is used to make drills. This tool steel can reach temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius, which is possible when cutting e.g. steel and metals. You can use high-speed steel with a higher amount of cobalt (5% or more) as the material hardens.
