Fan replacement procedure

  1. Power off the Clean Power VFD.

  2. Disconnect the control terminals block.

  3. Check the remaining voltage on the DC bus.

    Wait 5 minutes for the capacitor to discharge and check that the remaining voltage is lower than 50 VDC.

  4. Disconnect the power line inputs R/S/T (L1/L2/L3). Keep the protective ground connected.

  5. Disconnect the motor from the output terminals U/V/W.

  6. Disconnect the grounding.

  7. Unscrew the upper screws that maintain the Clean Power VFD on its panel.
