Smart HMI
This section describes the HMI layout, functions, and operation method.
Ensure that you are familiar with the basic operation of the Clean Power VFD before deploying more complex features and settings, or changing the Clean Power VFD frequency or rotation direction.
This Smart HMI is a graphic touch-screen.
It can be plugged onto the Clean Power VFD front face, or mounted remotely.
Note
The Clean Power VFD can be controlled via its digital and analog I/Os, or via the Ethernet Ports, therefore the Smart HMI can be disconnected from the Clean Power VFD.
However, do not disconnect or reconnect the Smart HMI while the Clean Power VFD is powered.
Power-off the Clean Power VFD before disconnecting or connecting the Smart HMI.
