Troubleshooting

This section explains how to troubleshoot a problem when a Clean Power VFD protective function, alarm, or a warning message occurs.

If the Clean Power VFD does not work normally after following the suggested troubleshooting steps, please contact the SmartD customer service center.

When the Clean Power VFD detects a fault, it sends a warning to the HMI and the SmartDrive app (if a smartphone with the SmartDrive app is connected the drive).

The drive may also modify or stop its operation, depending on the criticality of the fault.
