Replace the fans if needed.

Air flow from the enclosure door (in and out) is not obstructed.

Clean Power VFD overview

Is there any abnormal vibration or noise?

Visual and acoustic

No abnormality.

Power voltage

Are the input voltages within the specifications range?

Measure voltages between R/ S/ T (phase to phase)

Values are within the specifications range.

Cooling fan

Is there any abnormal vibration or noise?

Manual validation

Turn off the system and check operation by rotating the fan manually.

Fan rotates smoothly.

HMI

Is the display value normal?

Visual

Check the displayed values and compare with readings from external meters (voltmeter, ampmeter, etc)

If there's variations, it should not be more than xx%

Motor mechanical health

Is there any abnormal vibration or noise?

Visual and acoustic

No abnormality.
