ASCP is dedicated to delivering a progressive education portfolio for pathologists, residents, and laboratory professionals. Education, advocacy, and other strategic initiatives benefiting members are all enhanced through ASCP’s growing number of partnerships.
In the last year through a partnership with the American College of Chest Physicians, ASCP received a grant to participate in and offer a series of eight regional GAIN (EnGAging in Interdisciplinary Team for NSCLC Diagnosis, Personalized Assessment, and Treatment) Summits focused on improving competence and performance of staging, mediastinal assessment, tissue acquisition, and biomarker analysis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
