American Horror Story Season 2 Questions

At the end of the final episode ("Afterbirth"), we see the ghosts of the Harmons and Moira (Frances Conroy) living happily ever after, decorating a Christmas tree while a suitably haunting rendition of "The Little Drummer Boy" plays softly in the background. This is about as "happy" an ending as one could expect from the series. Meanwhile, we see Hayden (Kate Mara) and Tate (Evan Peters) watching this from outside the Murder House, clearly not over their respective rejections handed to them throughout the season. Knowing how vengeful these two can be, we're left wondering if these forces of evil eventually teamed up to make the Harmon's afterlives as much of a living hell as they made their mortal lives. You know Hayden still had some devious tricks up her sleeve for sure!

Early on in the series, we caught quick glimpses of some grisly, nightmarish artwork assumedly covered up by Chad (Zachary Quinto) and Patrick (Teddy Sears) prior to the Harmons moving into the Murder House. From what we could see, it looked as though someone decided to illustrate Dante's Divine Comedy on the walls of the study. Whether it was added by the Montgomerys (the house's original residents) or some later tenants who had gone off their rockers was never revealed, but what role did that art play, and why did we never get to fully see it?

Besides Constance, no one (alive, we should add) knew more about the Murder House's terrible secrets better than Larry Harvey (Denis O'Hare). After all, a good chunk of the evil that went down there was done by his scarred hands! After taking the fall for his beloved Constance (Jessica Lange) for a series of murders, however, it looked like the end of the line for ol' Larry. Then, after Constance so much as said "eff you" to him when he was looking for some compassion, viewers had to wonder if this would be the last we'd be seeing of him. Consider this: unless we missed something, it's not like he'd gone to trial and been convicted of his crime. He could've easily came clean about Constance's involvement to the LAPD. The cops had serious suspicions about her throughout the final episodes.

It's easy to pass off the denizens of the Murder House as ghosts, but something about little Thaddeus left us wondering. If you'll recall, Thaddeus had died brutally at the hands of kidnappers looking for revenge against the Montgomerys illegal basement abortion clinic. Somehow, Dr. Montgomery (Matt Ross) was able to crawl out of his Ether stupor long enough to somehow bring him back to life, albeit with an insatiable bloodlust. We definitely see the demise of the Montgomery at the hand of Nora (Lily Rabe), but what about Thaddeus? Did he become some kinda of Frankenstein monster? Was he an 89 year old man trapped in a monstrously deformed body?
