The Beam Layout Welding automated welding machine can be fully customized and used for joining heavy-duty structural steel boxes sections. This machine is ideal for the civil construction and oil & Gas industries. The Beam Layout Welding Machine is equipped to perform component clamping and rotation through the tailstock as well. Beam Layout Welding has a linear axis that controls XYZ, Z, and laser seam-tracking devices. There is also a wire feeding system. The integrated control and motor drives allow for full automation.
