Beam layout welding is an auxiliary piece of equipment. Fabrication machines and beam layout welding are too heavy to be carried by a regular worker. The electron beam welding procedure is, for those of you not familiar, whereby the electron gun generates electrons at extreme speeds using the use electric fields.





Try standing in the middle of the plywood while it's still there. It may not be possible to lift it off the plywood. You can add strength and support by placing one strip of Styrofoam under the plywood and another layer of plywood below it.

The Beam Layout Welding has an electrical control panel that allows maximum system flexibility. You can choose to operate the welder in manual mode or automatic mode. Individual controls located on the control panel can be used to determine the sequence of operations. Also, each controller has its own welding parameters.
