Fiber lasers have high cutting speeds for thin material. These fiber lasers require minimal maintenance and have low power consumption. These laser cutting technologies have special properties, which allow them to be used in steel, stainless, aluminum, and other non-ferrous materials, like copper, brass, and bronze.
All types, all shapes: This machine can cut carbon, stainless and aluminum in any shape or form.
With a laser tube-cutting machine, there are no standard towers. Bundle loads are the most efficient method for handling tubes. These loaders feed one tube per bundle into the tube cutter via a singularizing mechanism. This feeding method is not compatible with open profiles such as angles or channels. Because they interlock within a bundle, and don't allow for easy release, this type of feeding doesn't work. Step loaders are employed for open profiles. These machines sequence one section at a time and maintain the correct orientation.
Even for XXL tubes, this machine is designed for maximum productivity. This machine is robust and solid-state laser capable of processing tubes and profiles of a wide variety of materials and wall thicknesses.
A tube extension is available to load tube stock upto 80", or 6’8". It is important to note that the maximum part sizes remain at 52".

The subject of material loading and unloading automation is well established in sheet laser cutting with a multitude of solutions and complexity. In contrast, tube laser cutting systems equipped with vertical storage systems, for tubes and section bars, capable of handling bars automatically and allowing for unmanned production changes have only been available for a few years.
Many believed that fiber lasers were only suitable for thin materials. Because of its longer wavelength, CO2 created enough kerf to allow for material removal. The fiber laser could not produce the same results or kerf with thicker materials. This problem has been solved by collimating technology, which can create a wider fiber laser-generated beam. This allows for materials separation and more room to remove thicker materials. The machine can switch between the beam widths, so it can process thinner materials with the narrower beam. This allows for faster processing of different-sized materials using the same fiber laser cutting machine.
