These machines feature a rock solid cutting platform (the SL uses a metal cast base), and contour cutting accuracy greater than +/-5 um. Fine cutting of any metal or plastic is possible with the choice of a fiber laser or a Monaco USP Laser.

Laser tube cutting machines do not have standard material towers. Bundle loaders provide the fastest method of handling tube material. One tube is fed from a bundle into the tube laser by a singularizing system. This type isn't able to feed open profiles like angles and channels. They interlock in the bundle and are not easy to get free. Step loaders can be used to sequence open profiles one by one into the machine, while still maintaining the proper orientation.

Parts are held using automatic tabbing in FabCreator, as well as a set on jaws on the idler chuck and drive chuck.

Lasertube systems are 2D and 3-D laser cutting systems that can be used to cut tubes, bars, and profiles. They come in a range of sizes, including 12 mm to 661 mm (.5"-.24") in diameter, and up to 18m (60' in length).
