If there are any concerns about our Robotic Coping and Profiling machine's standards, we can confirm that it has passed all of the essential fabrication tests. These include hardness, surface, beam flange hole quality, bolt holes sizing, positioning, perpendicularity, and bolt hole spacing. We have, as usual, made the Voortman CNC coping and profiling available from our stocking.

Our VACAM software is designed in-house. It's known for its high performance when it comes to automated material handling. Active buffer management provides priority for the first line profile and buffers all other profiles. You can load new profiles onto the handling system by shifting profiles toward the line. This will increase productivity and efficiency by ensuring that machines don't sit idle waiting for the next production batch or profile.
