Voortman V808

Epson Robotics

All types of shapes and layout markings on all four sides can be done by the V808 robotic profile processor. It is capable of producing profiles up to 1.250mm (50") wide. Our Voortman V807 robot can handle profiles up to 1.050mm (42") if this width is not required. The V808 can thermally process rat holes, slotted web and "dogbone" cuts, copes at the beginning or end of products, block outs, holes of all sizes and shapes, weld preparations, marking on all four sides, and many other types of cuts.

The machine can be integrated to a fully-automatic MSI beamline by integrating it with full-automatic profile transport. Our/The VACAM software controls sensored drag-dogs, or liftables. Profiles are transported onto and from the infeed conveyor conveyor. The trading lengths will allow for the automatic production of selected products. Cross-transports have the ability to handle multiple profiles. This allows machines to operate autonomously for considerable amounts of time.

Steel beams, pipes, and tubes must often be coping when they are used in steel fabrication. These assemblies have to be able to fit together parts with irregular shapes and angles, such handrails or car bumpers. Coping makes it possible for all parts, regardless their shape or size, to fit together perfectly in their surroundings.

The PCR41 plasma drilling machine was designed to combine as many fabrication functions into one machine as possible. The PCR41 can produce finished parts at very low manufacturing costs. The machine automates all common cutting operations and structural steel.

Voortman V808 robotic heat cutting machine is equipped the Panasonic TL-1800G3 coping system. It's faster and more versatile than ever. The robot's torch-nozzle is equipped with an accurate measuring sensor. The machine parameters automatically compensate the differences between the theoretical and actual dimensions to ensure the highest quality product. To speed up the process, the coping robotic only measures the sides that will be used.

To use your profiles to the fullest, the V808 can be equipped with sliding roller conveyors enabling you to process your profiles completely from front to back. This means that no material is being wasted. The sliding roller conveyors reduce the minimum infeed and outfeed length to 1.400 mm (55 inches) in full automation combined with cross-transports and in- and outfeed roller conveyors.

We created a live-processing demo product to prove that the Voortman H808 is the fastest robot thermal cutter on the market. See the video to see the Voortman 808 at speed. This product has 12 different actions. Each one is performed by one machine.

Manual coping requires that you perform every step manually, from reading the drawings to transferring dimensions, framing and cutting beams with a torch handheld. Manual coping requires a lot of grinding and chipping in order to get the desired result. There is also the possibility of human error in terms of angles, finish, dimensions and misalignment. These inefficiencies can increase operational costs and reduce profits.

Gulf States Saw & Machine Co. has the assurance that their Robotic Coping and Profiling systems are second to none. They have a high definition plasma technology system that can cut through a wide variety of metal profiles.

The top-ofthe-range coping robot and profiling robot make 3D coping easy. These Robotic Coping & Profiling beams are reliable, as well as being able to cut saddles, chamlers or slots.

Robotic Coping Machines X-ray

The PCR42 robotic plasma cutting machine does beam coping, notches, holes and weld preps, splits beams, and scribes plus marks on all four faces of H-beams, channels, angles, HSS and plates.

The V808 roller feeder measurement and clamping systems locks profiles in the exact position and maintains alignment through processing. This fully automatic measuring and positioning roller feed system is faster than any other because it does not need a pusher, gripper or to return home before loading the next item. This saves hours each week. Voortman’s roll feed system works in a standard range with profile processing. Voortman’s automation in-feed cross transportations allow for full automation. This allows Voortman to accurately position and process beams upto 15.000 kg (33,000lbs).

Our VACAM software was developed in-house and is well-known for its performance in automated material handling as well as buffer management. Active buffer management ensures that the first profile is in the priority line and buffers any subsequent profiles. New profiles can be loaded onto the handling systems by constantly shifting them toward the datum lines. The datum line is always supplied with material. This greatly increases productivity and efficiency as machines don't have to wait in idle mode for the next profile or production batch.

The Robotic Coping/Profiling system is an equivalent of an automated fabrication process. It can handle the following processes: beam drill lines, angle lines, band saws, hydraulic punches, metalworkers, and ironworkers. This is just one way to make your fabrication processes more efficient.

Frequently Asked Questions

Install the coping saw blade with the teeth facing the handle. The coping saw cuts on the pull stroke, unlike a hacksaw which has the teeth facing away from the handle.

A coping, an architectural construction that is placed on top of a wall then runs down its sides, encasing bricks and providing weather protection, is called a coping. A capping is a covering that sits on top of the wall, with its edges aligned to the wall's width.

The H beam's cross section is more robust than that of the I beam. This means it can support a heavier load. The cross section of the H beam, on the other hand, can only bear direct load and tensile. However, it cannot resist twisting due to its narrow cross section. It can only bear force in one direction.

Price of 30 ft lvl beam: The average cost/price of LVL is $3-$12 per linear foot. For 30 ft. lvl beam price, 30x3 = $90, 30x12 = $360. This means that 30 ft. lVL beam, Laminated veneer lumber, or Engineered beam costs between $50 and $200 for materials, or between $90 and $360 for installation.
