To accurately measure profile dimensions, the robot's torch nozzle comes equipped with a measuring device. The machine parameters adjust to compensate for the difference in actual and theoretical dimensions. This ensures that you get the best possible product. The coping machine measures only the sides to be cut in order to speed up this process.
The integrated VACAD Editor enables your operators to improve output by creating products or quickly improve and correct the product. The interface is easy to understand with straight-forward functionality. Operators will be able to take full advantage of the VACAD Editor and VACAM after a few days with the Voortman trainers.
