Voortman TL-1800G3 coping robotic robot is used to speed up the Voortman v808 thermal cutting machine. To accurately measure profile dimensions, the robot's torch nozzle comes equipped with a measuring device. The machine parameters adjust to compensate for the difference in actual and theoretical dimensions. This ensures that you get the best possible product. The coping machine measures only the sides to be cut in order to speed up this process.

The integrated VACAD Editor enables your operators to improve output by creating products or quickly improve and correct the product. To speed up the process even more, the coping robot only measuring the sides of the profile that will actually be processed.
