It is best to program the machine by importing parts directly from a 3-D modeling program such as ProSteel 3D, StruMis, Tekla Structures, SDS/2 or StruMis. These files are imported directly into your machine. Once you have selected the part, hit the Cycle Start button.

AC Unit installed on Electrical Cabinet – The unit is mounted on cabinet's High Power side (480v). It is right next to the location of the drives. This allows the cabinet to maintain a stable temperature and heat dissipation to occur faster. The most important contributors of heat to the electrical cabinet are the servo drive for all axes.

Let's look at Twist Drill Bits versus Insert Drill Bits in a real-world fabrication situation. Let's just focus on one example: 13/16" (22mm), which is the most common drilled hole diameter.

Auto Standoff - This is a surface standoff, and should not be confused in any way with vector standoff using 5-axis mode. Auto stand-off will adjust vertically according to the angle of "A" Axis. Tempered steel Drill pipe is generally made of tempered steel. Drill pipe sections are usually between 30 and 33 feet in length. This is for cost-saving reasons as well as transport reasons.
