We recognize diversity of thought often results in different and more informed decisions. The more we can create teams that bring together different perspectives, the better positioned we will be to succeed in the market and grow our business. To that end, we’ve developed a new Anti-discrimination and Equal Employment Policy, which expressly prohibits any form of unlawful discrimination or harassment, supporting our commitment to providing a work environment where all employees are treated with courtesy, respect and dignity.
