Multiple Activities: Consider broadening rural tourism potential in RR-5 by allowing activities similar to those that
could be permitted on EFU and AF-20 land if SB 960 were adopted, and consider requiring that the activities be
supportive of surrounding agricultural operations and that off-site impacts on surrounding properties be managed.
Recreation: Consider providing additional examples of “Special Recreation Use” in the CDC that are consistent with
recreational uses relevant to rural tourism.
