Mounting instructions
Mount the Clean Power VFD inside a panel, on a pre-slotted plate, following the procedures provided hereafter.
Before installation, ensure that there is sufficient space to meet the clearance specifications and that there are no obstacles impeding the cooling airflow.
Select a wall or panel suitable to support the installation.
Refer dimensions section in this document and check the Clean Power VFD's mounting bracket dimensions.
Prepare mounting with corresponding threaded holes
Use a level to draw a horizontal line on the mounting surface, and then carefully mark the fixing points.
Apply the mounting template (delivered with the Clean Power VFD) on the mounting surface to ensure the right position of the fixing points.
Distances are given in the mounting dimensions section of this document
Drill and prepare fixtures
Drill the mounting bolt holes and then install the mounting bolts.
Fit screws and washers.
Do not fully tighten the bolts at this time.
Mount the Clean Power VFD
Mount the Clean Power VFD on the prepared mounting area via the keyhole suspensions.
Fully tighten the upper mounting bolts, then install two lower mounting bolts and tighten them fully to mount the VFD.
Ensure that the VFD is placed flat on the mounting surface and that the installation surface can securely support the weight of the VFD.
Do not exceed the recommended tightening torque:
