We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, so you might need to cancel your order after the 24-hour cancellation period. We offer residential customers the option to cancel any time, for any reason, provided that our crews have not yet arrived at your location. We will refund all payments minus the deposit amount. This will be applied to your account as an emergency raincheck. You can use it up to one year after the cancellation date.

After the equipment has been cleaned and dried, we then sterilize all contact surfaces with SimpleGreen Pro HD3.
