About 48 hours before your event, a Bounce Orlando operations team member will contact you for our final confirmations. This call will typically cover the delivery address, point of contact, delivery and pick-up windows, equipment reserved, access to dedicated utilities, and any other information that might be necessary, including gate codes, special instructions, etc.

After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation summary email with all of the details discussed.NOTE: If we could not contact you during confirmations, this information will be used while executing your order. 6.
