Residents can cancel at any hour and for any reason. As long as crews haven't arrived at their party location, Bounce Orlando allows them to do so. If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments, except the deposit amount. However, the raincheck will be applied on your account and can be used up one year after the cancellation date.
Please note: Large events can be exempted at management's option from our cancellation or raincheck policies. Customers whose events may be subject to these exceptions are notified prior payment.
