This policy is available in case you need to cancel your order. You have 24 hours to cancel any order you place after it has been placed and receive a refund. No fees, no questions, 100% refund. We understand that unforeseeable circumstances could arise. In these cases, you might have to cancel your order outside of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Residents can cancel at any hour and for any reason. As long as crews haven't arrived at their party location, Bounce Orlando allows them to do so. If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments, except the deposit amount. However, the raincheck will be applied on your account and can be used up one year after the cancellation date.

Bounce Orlando is fully licensed and insured well beyond the requirements set forth by the State of Florida. This includes General Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Automotive Insurance. Our coverage allows us to lawfully operate in all of Central Florida's public parks, venues, schools, churches and businesses.
