4. A member of the Bounce Orlando operations team will reach out to you approximately 48 hours prior to your event for final confirmations. The call will usually cover the delivery address, point-of contact, pick-up and delivery windows, equipment reserved, access and dedicated utilities, as well as any additional information such special instructions or gate codes.
