Renishaw 5-Axis Calibration - This calibration unit is a Renishaw model APCA45, with a modified spherical tip. To remove dust and debris during activation, the device comes with a retractable cover. It attaches to a swing arm that is controlled by a pneumatic motor. This allows it to be out of the way during normal operation, and then swings into the calibration position.

This ability to mill efficiently speeds up project completion. The Advantage-2 user-friendly Raptor 3DCAD/CAM software allows the operator to quickly program parts. The 3D platform allows you to inspect, modify, and export your part information. Advantage-2 drill's greatest advantages are the ability to scribe and mill slots as well as large lifting holes. This machine is truly unique. The scribing allows us to place piece marks, layout lines, and center points. It's been great to have the flexibility to use it whenever we want and to make those decisions.
Advantage-2 utilizes a number of support clamps to maintain the maximum rigidity of the workpiece. Carbide tools last longer if there is as little vibration as possible.
AC Unit on Electrical Cabinet. - The unit can be mounted on the cabinet’s High power (480v), side. It is in close proximity to the location that the drives are located. This option maintains the cabinet temperature and speeds up heat dissipation. All axes' servo drives are the major contributors to heat within the electrical cabinets.

Use a slow speed to drill. The slower a bit spins the more hot it becomes. And heat dulls bits quickly. It is a good idea for drill bits to be used at a slow speed when drilling through metal. Drill bits for hard metals such as steel and larger diameters require slower speeds.
As a minimum beam diameter, all structural engineers recommend a 12mm dia bar.
The dimensions of the steel bars required for beam and column are determined by the design structure, load on it, and span between two supports. For beam and column, the size of steel bars is generally 12mm to 25mm.
Beams are designed to allow vertical deflections of no more than 1/180 (or 0.55%) of the horizontal beam length measured at the ends of beams.
For small buildings, the distance between two reinforced columns is between 3-4m and 6-9m. Larger facilities that require large columns and lots of free space will have to be at least 6-9m. A distance of 5m is acceptable for ordinary structures. The maximum span is 7.5, while the minimum is 2.5m.
