Cnc Beam Drill Line Jack

Cnc Beam Drill Line Model

The CNC Beam Drill Line is a 100% hydraulic machine making maintenance and parts exceptionally affordable. The CNC Beam Drill Line was designed specifically to be used throughout the world and thus uses only components from major manufacturers, most of which can be sourced in the local market. Voortman keeps all parts on hand for next day delivery in the USA. In most of our overseas countries we offer local service and support.

Voortman proudly offers technical support 24 hours a day to its global clients. Voortman’s inside service staff have years-long experience in the field or assembly. They also have hands-on knowledge with many machines. Voortman's service personnel are always available to help you with any question that might arise.

"..We have drilled approximately 25.000 holes since we purchased our CNC Beam Drill Line four months ago. It used to take us 5 minutes to drill each hole. It now takes us approximately. It takes us 30 seconds per hole... that's a savings of 1875 hours over 4 months. This is equivalent to $84,375 in our shop. This machine will pay off in less than a year, as you can see. It not only speeds up production but also frees up space for more jobs.

Advantage-2 carbide drills use electronic ball screw drive spindle motion and automatic tool change technology. The combination of Voortman's legendary build quality and mechanical design gives the best combination of strength, agility, and strength.

Voortman will install and calibrate your machine once he is done. Then, he will meet with your operators and take them through the simple but comprehensive training program. They will be trained in:

The ability to mill copes speeds up project completion times tremendously. Coupled with the Advantage-2 user-friendly Raptor 3D CAD/CAM software enables the operator to program parts quickly. Inspect, modify and export part information directly within the 3D platform. The biggest advantages of the Advantage-2 drill has been probably the scribing and the ability to mill slots, large lifting holes. I mean this really kind of sets this machine apart. With the scribing we're able to put piece marks and layout lines, center points. I mean having that flexibility to use it when we want to and make that decision has been really great.

CNC Beam Drill Line has a 100% hydraulic motor, which makes maintenance and parts extremely affordable. CNC Drill line was created to be used around the globe and uses components only from major manufacturers. However, many of the parts can be purchased locally. Voortman has all the parts in stock for next-day delivery to the USA. In many of our overseas countries, we offer local support and service.

The CNC Beam Drill Line not only lays out and drills all your holes in any steel profile in a fraction of the time it takes you to do it manually with a mag drill, but it also lays out the marks for all your welded attachments, virtually eliminating the need for a tape measure.

Auto Stand-Off – This is currently defined to be surface stand-off and not to be confused with vector stand-off in 5-axis mode. The current auto stand-off is based on a changing surface and will adjust vertically based on the angle of the “A” Axis, so there is five (5) axis taken into account during the calculations, but this is not the same as the tool vector stand-off. There is the ability to do the vector stand-off change while the machine is running manually with buttons on the screen.

The Franklin HD145 (3) spindle CNC drill, with 44-inch width capacity. The HD-145 handles beams up to 750 lbs per foot. The hi-performance spindle design provides drilling capabilities up to 2,000 RPM. This rigid design provides extremely aggressive feed rates up to 300 surface feet per minute. The Franklin HD145 can be provided with several material handling packages from 300 lbs per foot, to 750 lbs per foot.

I Beam Drill Bit

Voortman has developed today's CNC beam standard drill line using tried-and-true technology. Advantage-2 processes 150 ton of steel per workweek with the most efficient drilling/milling, scribing/taping, and countersinking operations.

Voortman inside technicians are often able to resolve any problem remotely. Voortman technicians can access your machine via an internet connection. Voortman equipment has a powerful Windows(r-based Siemens control which allows this capability and offers superior diagnostics through Windows(r).

What are the difference between T-beam and I beam

AC Unit Mounted to Electrical Cabinet - This unit is mounted on the cabinet’s High Power (480v side). It is near the location where drives are mounted. This option allows for quicker heat dissipation, while keeping the cabinet temperature steady. The most significant heat contributors inside an electrical cabinet are all the servo motors for all axes.

Auto Stand-Off is currently defined as surface stand-off. It should not be confused with vector standoff in 5-axis mode. Auto stand-off currently works on a changing surface. It adjusts vertically based upon the angle of the Axis. This means that five (5) axes are taken into consideration during calculations. However, this is not the same thing as tool vector standoff. You can change the vector standoff while the machine runs manually by pressing buttons on the screen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Step one is to determine the beam's total load and live load. Identify the type of load that you are supporting (roof, floor, or non-snow) and then choose the span you require. Match the live load and total loads to the values in the tables. You will see the thickness and depth of each required member.

There are some guidelines and rules. According to IS 456:2000, the minimum thickness of RCC beams should not be less that 9'' (230mm). Therefore, RCC beams must be at least 9'' (230mm thick). Concrete grade M20 with T12 as tension bar at bottom and T10 at the top is recommended.

Use a slow speed to drill. The slower a bit spins the more hot it becomes. And heat dulls bits quickly. It is a good idea for drill bits to be used at a slow speed when drilling through metal. Drill bits for hard metals such as steel and larger diameters require slower speeds.

C-beam has lower strength tolerances than the I beam, which leads to lighter components. Continue reading if you have never used C-beam profiles.

The H beam's cross section is more robust than that of the I beam. This means it can support a heavier load. The cross section of the H beam, on the other hand, can only bear direct load and tensile. However, it cannot resist twisting due to its narrow cross section. It can only bear force in one direction.
